  • We offer cake delivery within Nairobi and nearby areas.
  • Delivery timelines (e.g., 2-hour delivery) are subject to order volume, product availability, and delivery location.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability at the delivery point.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Orders canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Same-day or instant orders are not eligible for cancellation once processed.
  • In the event of a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered), we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or offer a refund.
